How It All Started
President Movers started in 2023 when two brothers decided to build a moving company of their own.
They started small by renting trucks and doing the moves themselves.
As they worked in the industry, they noticed problems that could make moving more difficult for customers. Hidden fees, poor communication, and unclear pricing could leave people unsure about what they were paying for and what to expect.
They wanted to do things differently.
The focus was simple: be honest about pricing, communicate clearly, and make sure clients felt taken care of from the first conversation to the end of their move.
In the beginning, the brothers earned the trust of their customers one move at a time. Happy clients started recommending President Movers to friends and family, and that word of mouth helped the company grow.
What started with two brothers, rented trucks, and a lot of hard work has grown into a team of more than 20 movers, supported by dedicated operations, sales, and marketing teams.
The company has grown, but the reason it was started remains at the centre of the business.
Meet Our Founder
Archit Goyal
Co-Founder, President Movers
Archit Goyal is one of the founders behind President Movers.
When the company began, Archit and his brother were directly involved in the work. They rented trucks, completed moves themselves, and worked closely with customers throughout the process.
That early experience helped shape the way President Movers approaches moving today. The founders saw first-hand how much clear communication and straightforward pricing could matter to someone planning a move.
Rather than treating moving as a simple transportation service, they wanted to build a company where customers knew what to expect and had a team they could rely on throughout the process.
As President Movers grew, the team expanded and the company developed the operations, sales, and marketing support needed to serve more customers and handle a wider range of moving requirements.
Today, Archit continues to be part of the company that grew from those first moves with rented trucks.
Meet the Team
Our moving team is the part of President Movers that clients see on moving day. They are the people loading trucks, moving furniture, protecting belongings, and handling the physical work that gets everything from one location to the next.
Harpreet Singh
Moving Team Member
Harpreet is part of the President Movers crew and helps with a range of residential and commercial moving jobs. From preparing belongings for transport to loading, unloading, and handling furniture, he works closely with the rest of the crew to keep moving day organized.
Arjun Sharma
Moving Team Member
Arjun is part of the team that helps turn a moving plan into a completed move. He supports clients on moving day and helps with loading, unloading, furniture handling, and other tasks involved in getting belongings safely to their destination.
Jake Miller
Moving Team Member
Jake works with the President Movers crew across different types of moving jobs. He helps with the hands-on work involved in residential moves, furniture deliveries, and larger moving projects, working with the team to keep each job running smoothly.
President Movers Today
President Movers has grown from a small operation into a team supporting residential and commercial customers across the Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and surrounding areas of British Columbia. The company has offices in Vancouver and Burnaby and serves communities including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, and other areas across the region.
The team continues to take on moves of different sizes and types, from small single-item jobs to full household relocations and larger commercial projects.
The goal is simple: give every client a team that is prepared for the work and clear about the process.
